Hello all,

We have already seen some natural remedies for curing cold and cough. One of which was the Turmeric milk in which the power of turmeric and milk are used to conquer the cold and cough. And another was turmeric-jaggery balls in which turmeric and jaggery are used to cure cold and cough. Here is one more nature-blessed remedy for cold and cough. This time we will use clover to counter the problem.

Clover is also used in abundance in ayurvedic medicines. Clover is rich in proteins. Here is the procedure to take clover as medicin for cold and cough.

  • Take 5 dry clovers.
  • Fry them gently in iron vessel untill they turn slightly black. It will take hardly 1-2 minutes.
  • Then make powder of those slightly-fried clovers.
  • Mix 1-2 teaspoons of honey in the clover powder.
  • Eat this clover-honey mixture three times a day.

Clover is generally hot in nature. Honey-clover mix tastes very good. (I really love its taste. Hope you will also enjoy it.) So here's another nature blessed remedy for curing cold and cough. Tasty, healthy, having no side-efects, economic and can be made in no time.

Have a healthy day!!!

(Don't worry i am not wandering away from the topic) Like every other religion, hindu's also try to serve best to their God's. In the morning, before offering prayers, they bath God with Panchamruta. Panch means five and Amruta means liquid which cures all diseases and elongate the life. This panchamruta consists of milk, curd, honey, butter and sugar.

When this panchamruta is applied to the skin for 10-15 minutes and then washed with water, the skin brightens. The constituents of this skin brightener are easily available everywhere. Also, like any other nature blessing, there is no chemical reaction or side-effect at all.

Take all five constituents(milk, curd, honey, butter and sugar) in equal amount. Preferably, use milk and also curd and butter should be made of cow-milk. Mix it well and your natural skin brightener is reeady. Apply it for a week and experience the natural glow.
